MAKING A PURCHASE:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by PAYPAL,  Mastercard, Visa. Maestro, Visa debit and Visa electron and American Express. You will be sent an email when confirmation of your order is received. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Due to licensing restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver alcohol to addresses outside of the UK, but other items can be shipped worldwide. For beer deliveries, your order will be delivered by Parcel Force, to the address specified. The person placing the order must be the recipient. If you are not available to receive your order, you must ensure that it is received by a nominated person who is age 18 or over. The standard delivery price to the majority of the UK is £9.99(+Vat), per case. Delivery prices to more remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, will vary. Likewise merchandise and memorabilia which is outside the UK.   If you require delivery to any of these regions please contact us using our contact form.For merchandise and memorabilia in the UK Royal Mail First Class Post will be applicable.  We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.  Proof of posting can be forwarded for the buyer to submit a claim to the Post Office.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Some items are made to order.  If your order is not available for despatch within 14 days we will contact you and will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges 15% VAT is included in the price of your order.

CREDIT  CARD SECURITY:
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

GUARANTEE:
 It is our hope and intention that you are completely satisfied with your order. In the event that you are not happy with the quality of your beer or your order, please contact us within 7 days using our contact form.
