Hi
Barrie here. Did you miss me
The weather seems to get hotter and hotter but yours truly keeps brewing to help you all keep cool.
The cricket season is upon us and two local clubs Kingsley and Alavanley are now regulars for our beer. Give them a visit if you are in the area.
I have mentioned before that you will soon be getting two breweries for the price of one and Frodsham Brewerys launch has now taken off. The online shop will continue to be known as Stationhouse for the immediate future and we will also be brewing beers under that name however to reflect our local identity Frodsham Brewery will now be our main trading name.
Nige has started spreading the word outside the Cheshire boundry and a trial of promotional leaflets for the brewery are currently being distributed in Cornwall He has contacts in Exeter Sheffield and Northampton as well. Leaflets will also be given out at a Happy Cats concert in Teeside in July . We march on Europe next year
Until next week.....en...

Hope you are all fit and well.
I have been brewing Buzzin and 1st Lite over the last week or so there is plenty available from the shop and online.
Over the weekend I got a terrific response from the cusomers of a local Garden Centre Bents. They stock our beer in the shop and I was there giving out free samples.
There is also great news for all who wish to learn about brewing. Yours truly will be running a short course about 23 hours at the brewery. Email enquirestationhousebrewery.co.uk for details. Places are limited so hurry
We also have a range of stickers available in the shop for the majority of our beers.
Not giving up on the title yet by the way United could still slip up Nige turned up at the brewery in a United top on Sunday luckily I was out at Bents
Enjoy your beer......especially ours

Hi
Barrie here I must be getting enthusiastic as my blog is a day early again.
I have been inspired by the Frodsham Beer Festival. What a great event it has been. Hope you liked our Frodsham 800 it is one of our Ales of the Month for May check out our special offer
Thank you to Roy at the festival if he is reading this for helping Nige out with his leaflets. It meant he could get inside and try some of the beers one of which was the 8 Dogma
Liverpool won as well to keep on Uniteds heels great for me all round this weekend really.
There have also been a lot of people in the shop at Lady Heys I always like to meet people and talk beer and sometimes football.
Our second Pub of the Month is the Kings Arms in Salford. It is a great pub which offers a warm welcome to customers old and new on a regular basis......and it has our beer on for the whole of May
Enjoy your ale.......especially ours

Hi
Barrie here. Sorry if you looked yesterday for my blog was very busy Hence this weeks will be a little shorter than usual.
The weather has been fantastic here in Frodsham and as I look out through the brewery door the Cheshire countryside looks great.
For those readers from far afield Cheshire really is a nice place to visit. They call the flat rolling countryside the Cheshire Plains. Chester is 10 miles from our base with all its Roman history. You can walk right around the city walls. There are some great pubs there too
Talking of beer Splash is a great summer beer ideal for BBQs.
Anyway must go......
Enjoy you beer.......especially ours...
Blog back to Monday next week.

Hi
Monday came around quickly this week and Easter Monday at that.
Hope you all are havinghad a great Easter.
Have you had any trouble sleeping.....then buy lots of my beer. Wintafest would be a good one If that solution doesnt grab you Why not try a Hop Pillow This solution was recently featured on the television and tests have proved it really does work. We have them available in the shop at Lady Heys and they will be coming soon to mail order.
Talking of mail order I recently aquired some vintage beer bottles and they will be available from Nige by mail order under memrobelia shortly. I have already sold 67 on eBay.
If you live in Cheshire and use Cowards the butcher you may have had their meat pies. Did you know one of our beers is one of the ingredients now
If you fancy a free sample of beer we have Splash and Blush on in the shop. Unfortunately free samples are not available by mail order even if you pay the post and packing.
Oh well until next Monday.....

Likewise the Love Frodsham Ale 800 which is again a limited addition beer only available from the shop.
I attended the dinnerdance at Mersey View with Hazel to celebrate Frodshams 800th anniversary. It was a wonderful occasion with lots of local businesses in attendance.
I promised last week to tell you about beer and mustard well recently the suppliers of a large supermarket chain asked me to produce 3 Score for inclusion in their mustard. I wasnt even sure that beer went into mustard But there you go. So dont eat mustard and drive The mustard orders are certainly keeping me busy.
Have you checked out our Ale of the Month Nige attended The Prisoner Appreciation Society Convention last week and their w...

Well my first blog. Welcome to the new website. Things have been moving at a pace recently. We now have a mail order service for both ales and merchandise. The latter can be shipped worldwide ales in the UK only.
Nige Hazlehurst has joined the team as our mail order agent and webmaster. Nige was a civil servant for 34 years before joing the brewery. However he has always been a real ale enthusiast and his wife tells me that he will walk out of pubs if they only have kegged bitter so he should fit in well even if he does support FC United of ManchesterManchester United
The website will have a pub of the month most months and they will be promoting our beer during that period.
I am currenly brewing I am Not A Number. The Six of One Prisoner Appreciation Society Convention was held in Portmerion at the end of March the bottled version has been produced to coincide with the event. It is our first mail order ale of the month check the ale of the month page for special offers on ...
